Targeted compression allows for specific parts of the patella to be supported during use. With the open knee, you are able feel supported without feeling restricted. Application/Instructions: 

• Sit or stand with leg straight, thigh relaxed.
• Place tubular section of strap just below kneecap.
• Fasten bottom strap.
• Fasten top strap.

Intended Use: 
Provide support to weak, injured, or arthritic knee joints.
